Use Of Cookies

We use "cookies" or other similar electronic tools to gather information in order to assign a unique random number to each visitor, known as a User Identification (User ID), so that we can better understand the User's individual interests using the identified device and enhance the effectiveness and usability of the Portal for our Users. Numerous fraudulent emails, websites, blogs, and other content purporting to be from or connected to INDTECHMARK may or may not be making the rounds online ("Deceptive Communication"). Conditions of use:

INDTECHMARK disclaims all warranties on the virus-free nature of this portal, its servers, or emails sent by us or on our behalf. The use of this portal may result in damages of any kind, including but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, and consequential damages; loss of data; goodwill; business opportunity; income or profit; damage to or loss of property; and claims of third parties. INDTECHMARK shall not be liable for any damages of any kind. INDTECHMARK shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any damages.

Data retention:

Your personal information may be kept and used for as long as (i) the relevant purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy for using your personal information are no longer applicable; (ii) we are not required to keep your personal information any longer by applicable law, regulations, contractual obligations, or legitimate business purposes; and (iii) the retention of your personal information is not necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of any legal claim.
