Cancellation & Refund Policy

If, for any reason, User is not completely satisfied with the service provided, INDTECHMARK offers a lenient cancellation policy since it values assisting its clients as much as possible. Users may note that INDTECHMARK reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any point of time. Every update will be intimated to the user via INDTECHMARK website. Refund will only be initiated if the intimation is made in due course of time. Please note that no refund will be initiated after INDTECHMARK has started with project as communicated by the User.

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds may be considered under the following situations-

  • If INDTECHMARK fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the stipulated time agreed upon.
  • If the delivered project does not meet the specifications agreed upon by the user and INDTECHMARK.

Refund Request:

In order to request refund please follow the following steps:

  • Email to [email protected] within 14 days of the project delivery.
  • Attach relevant documents in support of your claim

Our team will then review your request and upon review, if INDTECHMARK is satisfied, the refund will be initiated within 7 business working days.
